A Look Inside Mainframe’s Cool London Office

Mainframe is a popular animation and visual effects studio that provides services such as direction, animation, post-production and VFX. Currently, Mainframe has two offices. One in Manchester and one in London which is located in a former piano factory.

“The challenge was to keep the character of the building whilst fulfilling the requirements of a bustling studio. We exposed and restored the original features, opened up the beams and brickwork and let in light through new skylights. A reclaimed oak floor was run throughout, tying together two separate spaces. We fitted soundproof edit suites and glazed meeting rooms, new kitchens, breakout areas and created a roof terrace”, said Jackdaw Studio
