Quinn, a New York City-based public relation agency, has recently moved into a brand new, 10,000 square foot penthouse on 48 West 38th Street – just steps from the city’s historic New York Public Library and Bryant Park. To reflect their newly refined aesthetic, they utilized the expert eye of Tom Oprea of the Oprea Design Group to outfit the entire space with Restoration Hardware furniture and lighting.
