Office Space in Town is a popular concept of boutique office spaces that suit organisations of all sizes. This one offers 200 desks and offices ranging in size from 5 to 15 desks each, two meeting rooms, tea points and multiple free break out areas.

“Inspired by the surrounding art deco buildings, the space is very fitting for the design and affluence of the area, with the design of the interior created with Sam Kopsch Studio (SKS).Major structural changes were required in the building to better connect the two floors and allow light to cascade down to the ground floor. To achieve this, we replaced the elevator with a sweeping art deco staircase and installed a stunning 1920’s inspired glass atrium overhead. These two changes complimented the classic art deco design and encourages people to take the stairs – it’s good for your health don’t you know! Other special touches throughout the space include a Weber Grand Piano, a pamper room fit for a movie star and a rooftop terrace. The main reception area features a beautiful green marble effect wall, monochrome chevron tiling and a magnificent golden light feature”, said Peldon Rose
