A Peek Inside Softheads’ Trendy Office in Barcelona

Softheads is a startup that creates objects which put a pacifistic and humorous spin on the once popular practice of displaying taxidermic hunting trophies. All products are hand-made, textile-based and produced in Barcelona which is also where Softheads’ office is located.

“The goal was adapt the same room to different uses: create a useful workshop area for workers and for the founders of Softheads working in the office, while appealing to the buyer space. We have managed to visually define environments without raising any physical separation. Each has its place, even Astra, the dog; which has its area in the house-exhibitor custom built for such uses. It has also a rest area to have a chat or meetings with two hammocks made with the same fabrics used to make the heads of Softheads. In the office area, the wall has been covered with unique pieces and limited editions of the brand. In the showroom, three panels containing the collections: Collectors – Basic – Bulls and Horses. The wood house of Astra is also an exhibitor for the new collection of this year: heads of dogs“, said Susana Piquer who designed the space
