WhiteOak, a specialist insurance underwriting agency that focuses on selected markets that require expert underwriting solutions, recently relocated into a new office in London, designed by interior design firm Oktra.
“Having outgrown their serviced office space in Lloyds of London, they needed to relocate into somewhere that they could call home. Their offices had poor acoustics and suffered from a lack of natural lighting which affected their daily operations. White Oak wanted an office with an upper class lounge look and feel to accommodate guest and visiting brokers. After extensive research, creative designs and interviews with the stake holders, we agreed on a design to suit their needs by bringing quality, elegance and style together. We constructed an open plan space for underwriters and the administration team. We added a lounge area for brokers within a meeting suite and created a beverage station with an impressive reception area to make all visitors feel welcome”, says Oktra
