Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm that offers agency leasing, tenant representation, and investment management services, recently moved into a new office in El Segundo, California, which was designed by architecture and interior design firm Aref & Associates.

“Our decision to open a flagship location in El Segundo is in response to listening to our employees and to our clients. As we continue our growth in Greater LA and Orange County we will continue to address shifting patterns that affect our employees’ work/life balance. It is a priority to provide our employees with an inspiring and healthy workplace and in a geography best suited to interact with our clients. The space itself presented a number of opportunities for us. Formerly built as a gym complete with two racquetball courts, we had the benefit of 30′ ceilings, multiple levels, operable windows, private outdoor decks, and an immense amount of natural light. While challenging, this penthouse space provided a near perfect canvas for us to showcase our culture and principles of teamwork, imagination, integrity and honesty”, says Andrew McDonald from Cushman & Wakefield
