Inside Dalberry’s Minimalist New Bucharest Office
Dalberry, a European fintech company that helps merchants with their daily operations through its merchant oriented interface and optimized transaction routing, risk and artificial intelligence algorithms, recently moved into a new head office in Bucharest, Romania.
“From cushioned structures for relaxation to green corners decorated for a short retreat, the key concept is based on the optimization of space to provide all conditions for team work and- when needed- some alone work as well. From elegant simplicity to sophisticated use of space, everything has been smartly engineered to imprint the same modern look and feel characteristic to our young brand. With valuable help form our interior designers, Anca & Cosmin from LiveIn, the space was quickly turned into an office built on the perfect balance between minimalist design and modern approach. Giving a spectacular sunset view of the city, the skyline windows overflow the office with natural light, complemented by the open space and the height of the concrete ceiling. The core trend in Dalberry’s new office is industrial-inspired chic, blending in with funky elements that pump up the space. And the most important decoration of our new office- welcoming coziness. A serene quality with a twist, in a very subtle way. Specific elements for the style are the geometry of pipes and electric cables on the ceiling, as well as the cylindric pillars placed in the middle of the main working area. Symmetry and geometry between individual and collective working areas maintain visibility over the entire office at the same time. “Green plants have been extensively used in decorating, as a natural element that lights up the place and favors focus and positive thinking.” Anca and Cosmin stated. “The empty spaces that were part of the original design have been transformed into relaxation and deposit areas. The modular furniture allows dynamic changes according to emerging needs and activity types, the space can be easily reconfigured and become multifunctional”, says Dalberry
