HOWDO is a workspace designed for innovators, creators, and doers, allowing them to rent the space for meetings, events, workshops and happy hours.

“HOWDO is an inspired meeting venue in Dallas’ up-and-coming Trinity Industrial District, designed for creatives by creatives. Co-founders Erik Herskind and Olivia Cole head the advertising agency next door, greenlight, but HOWDO stands on its own as a space intentionally designed to ignite curiosity, creativity and collaboration.The first of its kind in Dallas, HOWDO is equipped with a 24-person conference room, state-of-the-art technology, comfortable breakout areas, and a full chef’s kitchen. It’s a space where you take your team to think big. Whether that’s a corporate offsite that gets the team out of the office, networking happy hour, or The Doers, a free monthly event series curated by HOWDO for Dallas to come together and connect in new ways. Purposely, the walls were kept white and clean to eliminate distractions, but also open for local artists to create on.
