Chicago Venture Partners, a private investment firm that provides capital to publicly traded entities through private transactions, hired architecture & interior design firm Eastlake Studio, to build their new offices in Chicago’s Loop neighborhood.

The new workplace employs subtle finish variations and unique branding elements to distinguish the two groups.
