Inside Cappagh’s New Wimbledon Office

Cappagh, a contracting & civil engineering company that provides a range of services to the construction industry, recently hired workplace design firm Accent, to design their new offices in Wimbledon, London.

“The aim of the project was to create a new innovative corporate head office for Cappagh, a leader in the Civils industry. They wanted the space to become a talking point in the industry, feel like “home” for the people that work in the space whilst remaining corporate enough for their clients to visit. Various features within the project are totally unique, such as the toilet designs, the reception stone / wood seating, the grass corner in the break out space etc. The result has been that it has engaged the staff and further enhanced their collaboration as a Team. Cappagh invest in their staff, and thereby carry a high staff retention rate – this piece of investment bears out their approach to staff happiness. The introduction of various natural finishes throughout the space gives the overall experience one of “natural consideration”, keeping the environment in the minds of those working in the space,” says Accent
