A Tour of L’Oréal’s Elegant Paris Office
L’Oréal’, a global French cosmetics company that manufactures and sells cosmetic products for women and men worldwide, recently reached out to interior design & architecture agency Maison Sarah Lavoine to design their new office campus in Paris, France.
“This new campus houses some 2,000 staff in a surface area of 48,000 m², comprising several patio gardens and a 400m² terrace on the 8th floor, overlooking Paris and La Défense. The building was developed by BNP Real Estate, with dual “HQE exceptional” and “BREEAM excellent” certification, enabling us to meet our environmental targets, while giving particular consideration to the well-being and comfort of our workforce. The modern, digital and flexible working spaces foster cooperation, encounters and interaction in an environment where employees feel at ease. There is a wide variety of open, modular and bright spaces. The interior design by Sarah Lavoine adds to the warm atmosphere. We see this building as a major step forward in the development of our work spaces with 500 staff working in “unassigned” workstations, enabling each individual to choose their own work place according to their needs”, says L’Oréal
