A Tour of Little Rock Technology Park

“The Little Rock Technology Park is a six phase development on Main Street in downtown Little Rock. Phase 1 (pictured) is 38,000 sf of space dedicated to entrepreneurs, startups and small tech companies with a blend of coworking, month to month offices and long-term lease space. The Phase 1 space is made up of two renovated 100 year old buildings in the heart of Little Rock’s Creative Corridor. The first floor features a coffee shop run by local coffee house Blue Sail Coffee. The space is a blend of coworking, workstations, semi-private and private offices of varying shapes and sizes with state of the art conference facilities and soft meeting spaces scattered throughout the building. Over 40 companies call the Little Rock Technology Park home after just one year of operation. The space was designed to inspire “creative collisions” between the tenants of the building as well as providing a professional office environment for Little Rock’s burgeoning tech scene. Extensive efforts were made to create a look and feel blending the modern, high tech look with a subtle references to the original design of the building by exposing the original brick and reclaimed wood walls throughout,“ said WDD Architects
