Strategic Value Partners, a global alternative investment firm focused on hedge funds and private equity funds management, hired workplace design firm Oktra to design their new offices in London, England.
“Our client already had a very specific vision in mind – an understated and contemporary UK workspace. Inspired by this, we held multiple design workshops to conceptualise the final scheme. SVP Global’s leadership team were fully involved throughout the process. The client wanted the design for their London based workplace to reflect its global brand and European location. There were limitations to the building which presented challenges to the logistics of the project, however, with clever programming and flexible scheduling we delivered the project on time and to brief without any complications. The final space boasts a large trading floor, with a front of house client meeting suite in a sleek boutique style. The main, open plan work hub offers colleagues light, spacious workstations and great back of house facilities including a large, centralised employee social space and private shower room”, says Oktra
