A Look Inside Level Office’s New Denver Coworking Campus

Level Office, a coworking and office rental company that provides fully-furnished, and technology-equipped workspaces to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and freelancers, recently opened a new coworking campus in Denver, Colorado.

“We acquired the 1630 Welton Street building last June and has renovated it into state-of-the-art workspace for one to 100-person companies. Built in 1979, the 125,233-square-foot building features eight floors of offices, two mezzanine levels, four-season rooftop event space, and basement. By purchasing the buildings where it operates, we are able to invest in infrastructure improvements including fiber internet, all while keeping rents lower than competitors.” says Level Office
