A Tour of Co-Optim’s Chicago Coworking Space – West Loop
Co-Optim, a luxury coworking platform that offers custom designed workspaces including private offices, collaborative spaces and networking events, recently opened a new coworking hub in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.
“The space is filled with custom-built pieces from Elias’ furniture brand, Joseph Nicola, and features one-of-a-kind touches like the ornate, glass-blown red chandelier in the Reception area, which was a collaboration with a local Chicago artist. Elias drew upon his imagination and his travels abroad when he built Co-Optim, inspired by Manhattan, Vatican City, among many. The striking Light Board Room has an illuminated table crafted in solid African mahogany with 24-karat gold-plated stainless steel. Another meeting room, Manhattan, was inspired by his trip to New York City and features the Joseph Nicola Manhattan Table. He designed the functional art piece with a wood and glass overlay, and a stainless-steel base that replicated the Manhattan Bridge made from 100 individually designed pieces that were assembled by hand.”
