A Look Inside Compassion’s New Fleet HQ
Compassion, a non-profit charity organization that helps release children from poverty all over the world, recently moved into a new office in Fleet, England, designed by workplace design firm Blue Jelly.
“Compassion wished to partner with a company that could deliver a workplace as inspirational, uplifting and diverse as their beliefs. Having taken ownership of a generic ‘Category A’ specification building in Fleet, Hampshire, Blue Jelly set about understanding the types of settings that would help their staff succeed in their important aims. One that would also retain and attract the next generation of innovative employees who can drive the cause forward further. The result is a dynamic, colourful, joyful and child-centric workplace that uplifts the spirit immediately upon arrival. Bespoke graphics further reinforce the intent. A key feature to this is a large 100 person timber clad auditorium space cut through the existing building’s centre. This provides a dynamic focal point for presentations, reflection and larger gatherings, as well as being equipped with a dynamic audio visual system. Further facilities include co-joined meeting rooms, study spaces, meeting pods, a wellness space, kitchen and outdoor decked terrace. The outcome has achieved all the goals set, creating a positive workplace for the Compassion team to help drive their child sponsorship even further,” says Blue Jelly
