A Look Inside Quest’s New Bracknell Office

Quest, a global technology company that develops, manufactures, and supports IT software, recenly relocated its UK office to a larger office space in Bracknell, England. The interior was designed by workplace design firm Area.

“The new workplace, located on the prestigious Arlington Square business park in Bracknell, needed to reflect the Quest brand and corporate identity. The client also wanted a spacious, appealing front of house and meeting suite that would both welcome and impress. Area worked closely with Project Manager CBRE to adhere to Quest’s branding guidelines. These guidelines necessitated close collaboration with Quest’s UK team as well as the American head office. The planning stage included numerous meetings and showroom visits, helping the client to visualise their ideal outcome. The result is an attractive, integrated workplace with Quest’s corporate orange providing vibrant accents against neutral creams and greys. The spacious, uncluttered reception welcomes visitors with wood finishes, warm colours and stylish seating, with glasswalled meeting rooms breaking up the space. The open-plan working areas are punctuated with collaborative and breakout spaces and opportunities for quiet working. Colourful, functional features such as planters and acoustic screens add to the aesthetic effect, and use of wood finishes lends a natural touch. The main breakout area is enlivened by biophilic imagery, exposed services, industrial-style lighting and contrasting colours, all designed to bring people together in a lively, engaging environment,“ says Area
