Gymshark, an active apparel brand that sells gym, fitness and sports clothing in over 150 countries worldwide, hired workplace design firms Space Matrix and Oktra to design their new office in Hong Kong.
“Brand consistency is important to Gymshark – we embedded key elements of the UK headquarters into the design to ensure the space looked and felt like Gymshark. The workspace is mostly open plan with a large agile area with focused desk space for 40 people overlooking Hong Kong’s cityscape. There are three sizable meeting rooms with one as an exact replicant of the main product design room in the UK headquarters. With its uniquely large agile area, this office rejects the Hong Kongese tradition of space conservation using tightly packed desks. Through this spacious and open office Gymshark have established their presence in Asia and are sure to attract the best local talent,” says Oktra
