A Tour of Telamon’s New Carmel Office

International telecommunications company Telamon commissioned Axis Architecture + Interiors for the design renovation of their office in Carmel, Indiana.
“Telamon is an international telecommunications company that believes in honesty, simplicity, harmony, and stewardship. But before Telamon teamed with Axis Architecture + Interiors, their space didn’t reflect these values – or honor the Taiwanese heritage of the company’s founder. Completed in 2018, the project includes a variety of natural elements: a moss wall, a fish tank, wooden ceiling features. To further celebrate Telamon’s history and Indiana roots, a mural weaves together a tulip tree – Indiana’s state tree – with a Taiwanese plum tree. The 27,000-square-foot space also encourages employees to communicate and collaborate. Gone are the cubicles, the siloed offices. Now, the office space has a “social street” with a coffee bar, and views to the outdoors,” says Axis Architecture + Interiors
