A Tour of GBG’s Modern New London Office
Workplace design firm Oktra has recently completed a new office design for global data intelligence company GBG in London, England.
“GBG are securing the future for the digital economy by developing the identity sector using an unrivalled scope of data. They were merging two offices into one larger location which would reflect the style of their offices across the world. We refined the initial plan to include all of GBG’s standards in order to achieve the same look and feel as their global network of offices. To create the divide between the client and employee spaces our team constructed a mid-height wall lined with plants. This provided a visual divide rather than a physical separation, maintaining the flow throughout the office. GBG have chosen a bold colour palette to create fun, vibrant employee spaces that juxtapose the sophisticated design of the client-facing areas. The teapoint is a tech-free area featuring a wall logo light display that encourages employees to step away from work to relax. The office strikes the right balance between formal and informal spaces, allowing GBG to collaborate both internally and externally,” says Oktra
