A Look Inside Nonna Design’s Minimalist Valencia Office
Valencia-based interior design studio Nonna Design recently transformed their office space into a new part showroom, part workspace.
“Located in the historic district of Ruzafa in Valencia – soon to be the design capital of the world by 2022 – the acclaimed studio takes advantage of the facilities of an old warehouse, adapting to the large, open space to emphasize the most categorical aspects of minimalism, such as functionality and natural materials.
With this new commitment, they strive to transform the space into both an aesthetic workspace and a showroom for their clients. The duality of this interior design project requires custom furniture, constructive solutions, and a wide variety of materials.
For the team at Nonna Design, this concept of interior design is perfect as it paves the way for customized solutions, allowing them to introduce variants that adapt to the needs of each project. Not only do they design the space and manufacture each piece of furniture with precision and care, but they do so while maintaining the character and constructive elements of each project.
One of the emphatic characteristics of Nonna Design, which is showcased in its new showroom, is how the studio integrates all elements of a space, leaving no stone unturned. The result being a sleek and smooth room where the curvilinear chairs, the meeting tables, and the desks – that appear to emerge from the walls – all coexist in an image of perfection.
Since 2010, Nonna Designs presents their interior designs by offering each one a unique presence. They manufacture the furnishings and pieces using the latest technology and taking care of the quality in every detail. They propose both aesthetic and functional solutions, providing an added value to each individual project. This combination of quality and functionality allow for integrated finishes of the spaces themselves, from the floors to the walls, exhibited in the furniture itself. Thus, they achieve unique spaces designed in methodical detail, where all the elements coexist in tranquil harmony.”
