Inside Europa Capital’s New London Office

A team of designers from workplace design studio Oktra completed a new office design for real estate investment management firm Europa Capital in London, England.

“Europa Capital envisioned a new office space that had a modern, welcoming and timeless quality. They acquired a floor in the landmark Cadogan Mansions – on the corner of Sloane Square and Sloane Street – and approached us to design their new workspace.

We held multiple design workshops with Europa Capital to develop the design. Working collaboratively, we subtly wove Europa Capital’s brand identity into the space and built flexibility into the design. Because other floors in the building were occupied, we managed the process for minimal disruption to other tenants.

Europa Capital’s new workspace has transformed the visitor and employee experience. The final space consists of a reception area, front of house meeting suite, a fully catered kitchen, informal meeting rooms, terrace overlooking Sloane Square, agile workspaces and a large breakout café. Europa Capital now have more social spaces to encourage collaboration and a flexible workspace that can evolve with the organisation,” says Oktra.
