A Look Inside Índigo Foundation’s New Brasilia Office
Public policies institute Índigo Foundation hired architecture and interior design firm SkBorges to design their new office in Brasilia, Brazil.
“The project was developed through a very creative and fluid design with elements that encourages creativity to its workers.
One of the outstanding elements of the project is its ceiling, where we applied different colors, shapes and materials that, in addition to fulfilling the aesthetic function and obtain acoustic and lighting comfortness
In the ceiling lighting we applied some of the hexagonal shapes as luminaires, which were designed especially for this project. In addition to these, we worked with LED profiles, spots and indirect lighting in other sectors of the Foundation’s site.
We applied wood in some areas toas floor and walls due to, through this natural elements , searching for the in-house users coziness and confort feelings regarding one of the premises of neuroarchitecture.”
