A Look Inside PEI Media’s New London Office

Marketing services company PEI Media recently hiredi interior design firm Dthree Studio to design their new office in London, England.

“The ‘working areas’ have been strategically designed to reflect PEI’s new brand to help strengthen a sense of community and shared goal for all who use it. On the other hand, the breakout space has been designed to feel like a true break away from workloads and business activity, by providing employees with a social setting that allows them to come together and recharge away from everyday work pressures. Upon arrival at the space, clients and employees alike, instantly identify where they are due to the large brand presence in the form of graphics located throughout the welcome space.

Their previous office didn’t have any brand presence, so it was an incredibly important feature within the brief to ensure their new space was one that instantly welcomed any guests whilst leaving an impactful and lasting impression. Overall the space has been designed for future growth with the flexibility to expand all desking easily. All power and data has installed to support this, so that when they do expand, it’s just a case of swapping furniture.

The biggest challenge throughout the design was to maintain natural light levels across the floorplate, so that every area benefitted from natural light source. We created ‘windows’ in the teapoint to ensure natural light could flow whilst still having enough space to create the large breakaway area they needed.”
