Technology company Vainu hired interior design firm Kokema Design to design their new office in Helsinki, Finland.

“The challenge of this project was to transform the space in the unique building from 1898 into a relaxed working space within a tight deadline. The aim was to create a functional and memorable working space that the employees and clients have an opportunity to enjoy to its maximum capacity. The result is a timeless and elegant office space representing the Vainu brand and values.

This was achieved by combining carefully selected bold colours with functional furniture and effective lighting that also works to bring an aesthetic flair and highlight the original building features. Different type and size conference rooms, including a convertible space with hi-tech equipment, quiet offices, telephone box rooms and open offices make up an office space that offers the staff an environment that makes them feel valued, unique and productive.”
