Inside Bouygues Immobilier’s New Warsaw Office

Urban planning company Bouygues Immobilier hired workplace design firm BIT CREATIVE to design their new office in Warsaw, Poland.

Design reflecting brand values
The office design was tailored to Bouygues Immobilier Poland’s visual identity, as reflected in the choice of colors, materials, and decorative elements. The brand’s signature colors, such as shades of blue and gray, are harmoniously integrated into the interior, giving the space an elegant yet welcoming character. Subtle references to the company’s logo and philosophy appear in details like wall graphics and furniture finishes, reinforcing the brand’s image.

Ecology at the forefront
Sustainable materials sourced from recycling with minimal carbon footprints and upcycled furniture are used throughout the space. Potted plants and living green walls emphasize the eco-friendly design. The abundant greenery in every room not only improves air quality but also positively impacts employees’ well-being, aligning with the philosophy of harmony with nature. The project incorporates energy-saving solutions, such as LED lighting and intelligent building management systems.

Functionality tailored to needs
The interior seamlessly combines elegant design with practical solutions, creating a space conducive to both work and team integration. The office was designed to meet the diverse needs of employees and visitors, by reflecting a clear division into functional zones. The spacious, representative reception area greets guests with modern design highlighted by plant accents. This serves as the company’s showcase, reflecting its care for people and the planet while also emphasizing the brand’s professionalism.

The workspace itself includes zones for both individual and teamwork. Ergonomic furniture, appropriate lighting, acoustic solutions, and the use of natural materials support efficiency and comfort. On the other hand, conference rooms equipped with the latest multimedia technology facilitate business meetings, presentations, and training sessions. Glass walls add a sense of openness, while special acoustic panels ensure sound comfort.

The design also considers rooms for private meetings. These cozy and modern spaces, ideal for smaller team discussions, are designed to foster creativity and free communication. The social area, on the other hand, features a comfortable kitchen and relaxation zone—places where employees can unwind, socialize, and recharge for the tasks ahead. Natural accents, such as plants and warm colors, create a friendly, almost home-like atmosphere.

The headquarters of Bouygues Immobilier Poland is not just a functional office but also a space that inspires action and supports productive work. The thoughtful layout, blending aesthetics with ergonomics, and an eco-friendly approach make this space a model of a modern workplace in the heart of Warsaw. Above all, it stands as a proof that offices can be designed in a way that not only meets contemporary needs but also has a positive impact on the environment and employees’ quality of life.”
